COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTING GROUP (CCG) was founded in 1971 and is a highly successful, private, family-owned firm. CCG is a fee-only consulting group and is not a broker.
CCG serves over 1,000 clients. Many have been clients for 20-30 years or more.
CCG provides health care, pension, and investment plan consulting, design, and administration services to every size group. We currently handle groups as small as 7 lives and as large as 7,000 lives.
We are completely independent, we are experienced, qualified, committed, detailed and obsessed with providing complete client satisfaction through excellent service.
Some members of our senior management team have worked together for over 30 years and there is no member of our senior team who has less than 20 years industry experience.

This means we have a duty to put your interests ahead of our own—always.
CCG maintains that without upholding its fiduciary standards, it is impossible to serve a client as a trusted advisor, perform in an unbiased manner, and be free of all conflicts of interest.
As compensation is always at the root of bias and conflicts of interest, CCG contracts with each client:
- To operate with a fee-only compensation structure that creates zero incentive to make a recommendation to a client based on compensation.
- To make a clear identification and disclosure of all sources of compensation.
- To always disclose every cent of our compensation and what we have done to earn it.
- To make a clear identification and disclosure of all potential conflicts of interest.
CCG guarantees by contract, that the only compensation we will ever accept is with your direct knowledge and prior approval.
CCG will never take a commission, unless we are mandated by state law to do so. In such cases, we will disclose any commission received and credit it against our consulting fee.
Further, if there is ever any other form of compensation paid to CCG by a vendor for a product or service we recommend to you, we guarantee, by contract, to disclose such compensation and to apply it against our consulting fee.
Accordingly, CCG operates on a pure FLAT FEE basis that is not indexed to the out of control increases in underlying costs such as medical costs and insurance premiums.
You’ll never have to wonder if a recommendation is being made because CCG is being paid by someone else to make it.
CCG’s Three Divisions
CCG has three divisions to give its clients a complete range of benefits services. Each division works in accordance with the CCG Fiduciary [Not Broker] Standards philosophy.
CCG Benefits focuses primarily on health care plan design, plan implementation, plan administration, and cost containment.
CCG Pensions focuses primarily on employee benefits plans, plan design, plan administration and actuarial services.
CCG Investments focuses primarily on specialized investment advisory services to companies with qualified retirement plans.

When the plan is designed and delivered, someone has to be responsible for the implementation and ongoing administration of the plan.
CCG has proven that unless Plan Implementation and Administration Services are under the immediate control of the consulting firm, the client is left with split accountabilities.
